Smarter people skewing towards Greens is a phenomenon that deserves deeper analysis. Part of me wonders if this is because they have more platforms than other parties that directly benefit the priestly classes of academia and the media, because otherwise most Green Party platforms are largely wishful thinking heavily detached from reality.

It's a luxury good and a sign of being a trust fund baby really. If you live a privileged life of sunshine and gumdrops with no suffering, you get sucked into make believe wish fulfillment politics. There are no consequences for the higher energy prices for them, because they can afford it anyway, while everyone else avoids those politics as it hurts their wallet too much.

Actual dumb people that fricked up in life have to work alongside and live alongside Ngubu and Abdul, so they seethe more and vote rightoid more. But they're the ones voting to fix a legitimate problem they experience in everyday life.
