I expected to be dissapointed considering redditors fawn over it (and all the astroturf too) and due to the fact it's based on vydia.
I ended up enjoying the first six episodes, the last three not so much.
The scene on the bridge where Jinx is watching from above and having a schizo episode while her dead friend is appearing all around her in demented poses whispering to her was really well done, probably the best scene.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but it was good until it wasn't.

i watched arcane myself and enjoyed it--it's really a serious cartoon for adults with complex themes. funny people "u need to watch the soypranos i promise it gets good after like 48 episodes of goombas talking about spaghetti" but arcane drew me from the 1st episode and i never even played league of legends

Funny enough, I'm mid S5 on Sopranos and I'm not bored yet.
With all the streaming and stuff, I found myself getting bored quickly because I'd binge watch things I was interested in but I found that pacing yourself was half the fun in watching.
An episode a day keeps my interest in stuff.

I played LoL and i think it even spoiled the story a little. Like Jinx was never going to repent lore wise.
It probably spoiled season 2 even more because in season 1 they foreshadowed two large surprises , that are easy to understand with some lore knowledge.
still thought arcane was fun though.
