What is the joke, even? I guess horror was pretty well-established genre back then, but almost as bad as Cow Tools. Is the guy on the second floor Renfield? Who is Morticia?

Maybe the idea of salesman selling to Dracula was funny before sitcoms even invented, though. Humor ages poorly, from what we can see.
