RDrama seems to have reached the critical mass of users where the same piece of news (even the exact same article or Reddit post) will get posted multiple times a day.

I'm not a very active user on this site anymoreβI try to spend less than fifteen minutes a day on here in totalβbut even I have noticed the drastic increase in reposts over the past few days. It's not that hard to use the search box to see if your news item has already been posted.
That being said, posts don't show up in the search results if the user who posted them has a private profile. Perhaps @Aevann could work on a solution to this.
