I got an insane tolerance. I can drink a bottle of wine and just be buzzed. It's why I switched to vodka so I could reduce my drinking and still get buzzed.

Find a good mixer (I use diet tonic) and you can sip it longer. Just be careful because if you start downing multiple drinks, you will get wasted and not even realize it. I've been slipping into 3 drinks a night but was keeping it to two for a while
