Vyvanse n caffeine pills. The caffeine usually makes me feel disgusting though, so I take it only when necessary.

Vyvanse is class, quality shit. And yeah caffeine is one of the worst stims, xanthines in general make me feel jittery and uncomfortable instead of calm and focused. That's definitely gonna be even worse if you combine it with subbed amphetamines tho.

My combo is ritalin + kratom + beta blocker to prevent blood pressure spike. Works pretty well.

Ritalin is pretty interesting, being an NDRI instead of the usual dopaminergic releasing action of the stimulating subbed amphetamines. In theory that would prevent the heavy 'crash' that most stimulants cause. I would love to try a phenidate some day. Also, low dose green vein kratom is an excellent 'stimulant'. I haven't ever combined it with a stronger stimulant than caffeine but I'm wondering how well that works considering it's mild serotonergic effect, sounds like it might calm jitters and make it a decently productive combo.

Ritalin makes you want to die a little bit when it wears off so it's usually better to take close to when you're going to sleep. Honestly adderall is much smoother. Ritalin has a higher "body load" than it anyway.
