Yeah saying gunning people down in the streets will be controversial and cause arguments but defending this dudes policy positions is fricking :marseytom: wild

Saying healthcare :marseydoctor: system :marseymars: is fricked and what they're doing is evil should :marseynorm: be both a !nonchuds and !chuds position

How to fix it will be cause for discussion and argument :marseystrawman: but defending this dudes company :marseyapple2: practices is fricking :marseytom: r-slurred :marseypaintretard:

I have so many thoughts about the purpose of 2A that I can't express on here but I do think it's extremely important that if this guy does get caught that there is a very loud nationwide campaign to bring awareness to the legality of jury nullification.

Another case of "he had it coming" in the U.S. legal system

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gary_Plauch%C3%A9

>PlauchΓ©, a native :marseyeskimo: of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was separated from his wife, June, at the time of the shooting. He served as a Veteran Sergeant in the United :marseykamala: States :marseygambler: Air Force :marseyjetfighter: and worked as a heavy :marseysac: equipment :marseycowtools: salesman.[2] During 1983 and 1984, his 11-year-old son Jody was taking karate :marseyryu: lessons with an instructor, 25-year-old Jeffrey Doucet. Unbeknownst to Jody's parents, Doucet had been sexually abusing the boy for at least a year. On February 14, 1984, Doucet kidnapped Jody and took him to a motel in Anaheim, California, where :marseydrama: he sexually assaulted and molested him.

>As Doucet was escorted through the airport, he passed the news crew who were taping the scene. He then walked past PlauchΓ©, who fired at the right :marseymoreyouknow: side of Doucet's head at close :marseynoyouzoom: range.

>PlauchΓ©'s defense team argued that he was driven to a temporarily psychotic state :marseylouisiana: after learning of the abuse :marseybikechainincident: of his son.

>Judge Frank Saia ruled that sending PlauchΓ© to prison :marseymugshot: would :marseywood: not help anyone, and that there  was virtually no risk of him committing another crime.

>He was sentenced to seven :marsey7o7: years' suspended sentence, with five years' probation and 300 hours of additional community :marseypluribusanus: service, which he completed in 1989.

Maybe the guy just needs :marseyspecial: community :marseypluribusanus: service :marseyglow:
