:marseyvaxmaxx: NEET Covidshizo is sad :marseysulk: maybe he would touch grass if he wasn't worried about a 2 year old virus. It's crazy that I never would have considered 5 years ago that both "vaccines" and "long covid" would be captured by the schizo community. It's 2020 all over again!

Work is making us come in 3 days a week starting next year for no practical reason (it's not like we're adding a bunch of in person meetings to our schedules or doing tons of hands-on training) and then getting mad at people for complaining. Many of us weren't even invited to the meeting they announced this, myself included. I had to learn it through office gossip, and I HATE participating in that shit.

So I'm drawing a line in the sand. I've been a "temp" worker for over half a decade and don't want to tell my coworkers I'm neurodivergent in case it either eliminates my chances of being hired as a real employee or worst case scenario they suddenly let me go for something completely unrelated. Not sharing this info means that every time I go to work I'm masking up, and it is FRICKING EXHAUSTING KEEPING THIS SHIT UP FOR YEARS. I requested either full wfh or a compromise where I only need to come in during the mornings. The compromise means corporate still gets their precious little badge swipe data and a check in one of their boxes. I'm not sure if it will actually get approved since while I was lucky enough to be diagnosed as a small child, my parents thought it was something you "got over" and threw out all related paperwork when we moved. No idea if I can actually prove I'm neurodivergent as an adult, and if I can even find a doctor to re-diagnose me, it will probably cost thousands.

Wish me luck in the coming weeks, I need this job for at least another year.

lmao imagine being a temp worker for over 5 years without being offered an actual full-time job and thinking you provide any significant value to the company

also lmao at "oh well i could come in the mornings", you know they're gonna consider their commute home part of their working hours

This means everyone tries not to talk to it.

:marseyshapiro: Let's say, hypothetically, you've been a naughty child even, ok, and if you were a naughty child you would also be waging war on Christmas? Then hypothetically speaking you would be on my little Naughty List. Now let's say that you're also a non-Christian child, now that we've established you're both a bad child and non-Christian child, then I believe you'd agree with me when I say that you deserve a stocking full of coal, am I not correct? A bad child deserves a stocking full of coal and as I am Father Christmas, you are my child, so I am the one who must provide punishment. :carpshapiro:
