Like I said in another post, there's always Restera if you want the ultimate in far-left echo chambers. Why aren't they already there? Also, I can't decide if I like them not banning Signal. The seething is fantastic, but I'd also like to see the seething if BlueSky became even more of a hugbox and failed entirely. Everyone scurrying back to Twitter and posting their "yet you participate in society" memes to excuse it would be fantastic too.

Bluesky turning into a hugbox wouldn't generate good seethe. Look at all the Reddit subs that are basically enforced hugboxes. So much good potential drama gets squelched because of overzealous jannies.

I agree. I'm saying that it would ensure that BlueSky flops though. Of course, it could retain a tiny userbase, like Hexbear or Resterera or whatever else, but it won't be a Twitter alternative. And all these people addicted to their dopamine hits from updoots would go back to Twitter inevitably to get more than 5 likes on their shit takes. So, what I mean is the seethe coming from the failure of BlueSky and their return to Twitter.

Resetera is on a whole other level because they don't just destroy
each other like it's the Cultural Revolution, that's the only thing they're about. The only thing I can compare 
it to is Synanon, which started out as basically a branch of AA and then became all about putting their members into really 
humiliating and degrading situations where 
everyone 
publicly denounces them for their alleged sins. (You might know them from Philip Peepee's A Scanner Darkly or that time when they cut the tail off a rattlesnake and put it in someone's mailbox.)
