I think I get that it's not supposed to be funny even though it's a comic. The stylization kind of disagrees though? And it seems like it's trying to deliver some sort of punchline? The girl with the new baby looks to be about 10 years old so maybe it's a deep psyop dunking on palestoid depravity but I don't think that's it either

But it can't be taken at face value because literally look at the whole thing, any and all of it. I really did think there was some sort of intended deeper meaning or humor here when I began this thread but I've just had another look and I'm scrolling the comments and it's apparently dreadfully serious and exactly as it appears to be.

There is no dc reward as I solved this mystery myself but the title is good for eyes so it stays.

It's amazing that she thinks this makes her look good. Her act of resistance is saying 'Frick you!' but in her head, just like she doesn't call him a pig but puts the picture on her phone.

Then she works herself into such paranoia that she randomly freaks herself out over another random white guy, worried that the cop isn't still at work but it's so enraged at being given the middle finger that he bothered to follow her.

And then she brags to her 'friend in Gaza' about her act of resistance, which was not saying anything, flipping the bird, and expecting the cop to mind-read how angry she was. Thinking that she did something that anyone in Gaza would regard as helpful to their lives in any way.

She deserves to be scammed, and to be reminded that she's not the hero of this story. Her comic celebrating her own actions makes her look weak, terrified and yet incredibly smug and out-of-touch. Sheltered Asian foid's first year at college, it reads like.
