Comes across more like satire to me, but I've never seen this account before. But, basically, it's a feminist idea of r*pe-by-deception whereby if a guy at the bar says he's a doctor, but he's really a janitor, then it's r*pe when some gold digger hooks up with him. So, likewise, the Tweet is saying the nerd has been r*ped because the woman only feigned interest in his hobbies.
P.S. I read about a case where a Muslim was convicted of this in Israel because he pretended to be Jewish to get laid. I'm pretty sure it was from a credible news source.
