Of course, a woman could absolutely play at the MLB level. To think otherwise is just rooted in outdated, bigoted thinking. There are women out there who are just as tall as most men, with the same wingspan for throwing heat across the plate. Some even have the muscle mass to knock a ball clean out of Fenway.
Let's not forget, athleticism isn't limited to some narrow biological stereotype. Plenty of women have trained their whole lives and could crush it in a league like the MLB. Some might even have the bone density and natural testosterone levels comparable to other playersβit's all about fairness, after all.
So yeah there absolutely does exist 6'2" women power hitters with broad shoulders, incredible strength, and absolutely crushing it at the plate and even if they're on estrogen, they can still play.

So way back when Cam Newton was having a media day and made an offhand comment about "it's funny hearing a woman talk about running routes." /r/nfl absolutely exploded with the most seethe and anger you'll ever see, multiple front page tweets and posts about how it's totally unacceptable and that's he's a sexist and all that jazz. I went to a bar later on and every single one at the bar was laughing because it's true, it's pretty funny to hear someone who never ran a route talking about running routes. You just need to remember the type of person to post on a Reddit sports sub is absolutely not a normal sports fan

And I've coached softball and baseball at the same time, around 12 is where it's undeniably obvious how much harder all the boys can throw. My unathletic son who only played 1 season can absolutely throw harder than my daughter that plays competitively year round and trains.
