The average dog lifespan is 10 years, the average Indian lifespan is 70.
Dogs were domesticated 15,000 years ago. Indian caste system emerged 3,000 years ago.
So Indians have been going through selective breeding the top 1% for 4.2 dog generations.
It takes 3-7 generations too make a new breed of dog. Dog breeds can show exceptional differences in intelligence.
It is entirely possible for the top 0.1% of Indians too be smarter than the top 20% of Americans.

You don't need to be smart to do it. Any time there's an exploit in these systems, there will be industries dedicated to helping you use the exploit, or to exploit you through the exploit, in China and India. They're not even hidden black market things, it's very much public knowledge there.
There's a website for chinese international cs students that has the interview questions for every single software job posted in the last several years by every notable tech company in america.
Generally speaking the h1b visa is pretty well kept by the government (with it costing 5000-10,000$ to apply for an h1b, and having to go through a 1/5th chance lottery) so the current indian h1b meta is to hire a bunch of relatively lower skilled indians into tech contractor companies like infosys and give them h1bs. There's no major exploit like in Canada. So you're still at least getting the top 10% of Indians.
