OF COURSE my companies and I would prefer to hire Americans and we DO, as that is MUCH easier than going through the incredibly painful and slow work visa process.

@Fresh_Start partially agree. Any person willing too take a pay cut and share a living space at the age of 30 with another wagie shouldn't be allowed a job because they are ruining the everything market. You cannot have a manpower shortage and be unwilling too provide adequate housing at the same time.
The best universities in the rest of the world are producing better workers than you for the right price point. Either lower the salary demand or improve you're talents too the top 0.1-1% of people in you're field.
