As far as I understand Trump appointed some Jeet as Head Importer of State, and Musk says this is needful. Is that all?

Trump appointed a jeet who deals with the work visa program. Like all jeets, he wants to bring all 1.5 billion of them so he's looking to remove the nation cap (only 7% of visas can be issued to one nationality per year) and loosen restrictions for jeets all around.
Elon is defending this move saying that mayoids aren't willing to work 80 hours at sub minimum wage so it's necessary to import the jeets who will.

I'm pretty sure H1B falls under the Dept of Labor, and he picked a pro-union chicana for that job. The jeet pick was for some BS "AI-advisor" position that has no actual power other than proximity to Trump (which could be a non-negligible amount of power in fairness).
