Most people have the minimum muscle needed to keep them standing. Weight training at least keeps you from losing the little muscle you have while loosing fat

I'm finding it hard to come up with SMART fitness goals for 2025. I think I'd like to learn to dunk? I also think I'd like to make sure that I row at least 10k every week (split across sessions).
