Yes it is still fat shaming, doesn’t matter how it’s peer reviewed or whatever “prestigious” title you put on it, it’s fat shaming. Science has had an anti fat bias for years and it’s all based on one study that was conducted by a weirdo who wanted to prove a single person wrong.

Yup. Came here looking for this. I expected people on a science sub to grasp that- or at least make an attempt to know what reality is. Which is- excessive extremes on either end impact mortality- and the rest is a bunch of people dunking on weight because they haven’t bothered to check their bias.
