Well if he's drinking it in bed he probably has issues getting to sleep with all that caffeine.

He's mentioned that he uses stimulants to stay awake for 3-4 days at a time. Then he has difficulty falling to sleep, so he takes ambien. He's also depressed, so he "microdosed" on psychadelics every single day for a while (that is when he started getting really weird on Twitter), he also uses ketamine for his depression. But he's also fat, so he's been on Ozempic.
