The problem is guy beats the women she rushes to cops, cops arrest him, she realises she has no money so she rushes to cops and tell she lied about him beating her. So Russia made it harder to report if couple is married so cops don't have to constantly playing that foid game.

That's also pretty much why in west cops ignore such reports from all the bipocs
