The bay area is full of people like this. Its my hometown and when I left I was confused for 6 months by the comparatively little amount of whining and complaining when talking to people. Crying about pointless bs is in the bay areoids DNA

Counterpoint: Enforce the law, which is clear that non-service animals aren't allowed in most food establishments. Or change the law. I'm so fricking fed up with people arguing that non-enforcement is the right choice, whether it's shoplifting or rules about animals.
