In the Senate hearing for Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, freshman Senator Tim Sheehy decides to crack a little joke.
: How many genders are there? A tough one.
: Uh, Senator there are two genders.
: I know that well, I'm a Sheehy (pronounced She/He)
There's some polite laughs, because it's a silly little pun, and Hegseth laughs too hard like a cute twink. People are MAD

I'm a bit of an r-slur so help me understand what this person is trying to say. Is "I'm a Sheehy" the "one joke" that conservatives are always yucking it up about? I thought the "one joke" was "attack helicopter." Or "1234567 genders." Or "what is the definition of a woman?"
Like I said, I'm kinda r-slurred so maybe I wrote the same thing four times in a row. Anything helps.
