I understand the show is British, and most British people are white, but hear me out. The Doctor can travel anywhere in time and space, why does he almost always find himself amung white people?

Yes, it is inherently white. But with his flexible time schedule and his ability to morph physically into a Black man, the Doctor represents a fantasy that, one day, white men may be able to self-liberate from the strictures of white supremacist hegemony.

I won't even mention his extremely non-traditional family structure, involving, mostly, teleporting around the UK and picking up 20 year old women semi-consensually, in stark defiance of the commonly accepted behaviors of a 3000 year old white man (who is occasionally a Black man or a woman).
