DramaOp - introduce this site to some third world shithole and tell them it's ripe to be taken over as a local news and discussion site

If I'm going to keep seeing gobbledygook on my front page, might as well make it entertaining. Would be funny to get some pacific island nation to start Oobahdahguh posting in here.
