The Biden administration has said that it's up to Trump to enforce the law – not that they have the chance to do so themselves, considering it goes into effect on Biden's last day in office. ByteDance's CEO is one of the tech moguls that's going to be on-stage for his inauguration, so it seems like he's still supporting them past the election. Can he really just stonewall a law that Congress passed, though?
