This is a huge misconception! It is your employers responsibility to make sure there are enough staff to keep the facility functioning. Not yours. When your manager doesn't schedule enough people for your shift, dont blame the person(s) who got sick and called out.

That's what they're doing by firing people who are constantly late or calling in sick. :marseyconfused:
