Shes been there a month and late multiple times, and called out. Not good for any job.
I can forgive the weather one if it's a one time thing, because if you get a snow dump sometimes normal roads may not be clear or some idiot caused an accident delaying people a bit.
But multiple times ONE MONTH into the job, that's a red flag.
I like how this "type" of "person" always has an excuse why it isn't their fault. We all know someone like that. The reality is, if you're a good worker you can get away with shit. If you aren't allowed to get away with shit, you're a bad worker and they want to shitcan you.
I can call in and say I have the flu and take a week long vacation and nobody would bat an eye. I also have 10 years of proof that I'm an asset and not a liability.
