ERA seems fine but really unnecessary given that it's already defacto the fricking law for most important things anyway so whatever. I can't imagine getting that worked up about it in year of our lord current year + 10.
I do think that if there was a fricking big push for it the fricking
gang would probably get upset at the fricking further codification of s*x-based protections instead of gender based ones (females most to blame) and that would be fricking free
