Joji was lucky, he quit youtube when they started becoming hostile to "edgy" content and his music career actually worked out. He has a bunch of fans who don't even know filthy frank now without alienating the people who did. There have been minor cancellation attempts that haven't stuck yet. To be honest though once he becomes less popular I fully expect him to get cancelled for filthy frank lmao
Also Ian wasn't just edgy he was the BIPOCcute twink guy, he had a tough hole to climb out of but groveling to people who would never accept you was a huge mistake
