Just last year in the Mexican elections over 60+ politicians were killed by the cartels trying to influence politics.
As a Mexican, I'm surprised Cartels weren't labeled as terrorists. I dislike Trump as much as anyone else.... but I agree with him on this one.
How are they not terrorists? I don't like Trump but how are people who hang freshly skinned people from stop lights to scare the shit out of the population not terrorist? They kill dozens of politicians every election cycle down there . 170 plus attempted assassinations. In one election cycle.
Ahh shittt it hit 100#. I just wanna give a shout out the Poland!

I'll give you algeria, but you hardly can napalm mexico to get the cartel out, their jungle is vital to humanity

They didn't napalm any jungles in Algeria and they had to deal with something almost as mountainous as Afghanistan. There's a thing about violence (and barbed wire): if it doesn't work, you are not using it enough. And when you use it appropriately, there's not that much of it that you have to use, surprisingly: the credible threat of using more is enough.
That Salvador guy did the quote unquote impossible too, by the way. Oh no, you can't fight cartels when they are entrenched among normal people! It's like fighting guerilla in the jungle but worse because favelas are even more combustible and precious! Right, turns out that where's the will there's a way, all previous successes were easy and all previous failures were caused by people not really wanting to go the whole distance.

Fair enough! With Napalm i meant vietnam not algeria but yes in terms of mexico it's worth trying to combat that. Would be new to see some effect
