Blanchard was only ever trying to help the increasing amount of
s out there who fit the AGP profile (grew up socializing as men, mostly interested in masculine things, acute sexual arousal that was directly tied to wanting a female body, intense dysphoria, mostly attracted towards other women).
Even if you think AGP and HSTS are incorrect classifications, you still have to accept that there are
s with different goals and reasons for transitioning. The current single-minded TRA approach has only led to mass confusion amongst themselves and the public about what they really need.

AGP trains trying to deboonk AGP with a deliberately misleading questionnaire given to 51 women (29 actual respondents) is just embarrassing.
Blanchard never even said AGP was a barrier to becoming a transwoman. It's just a classification for certain transwomen so they can better understand themselves and adjust to a new gender role.
