They think everyone they don't like is like them, so while they're ACAB, conservatives must be NCAB; Back the Blue means unthinkingly support the police at all times.
They're not ever talking to someone actually like that, though, those people aren't on reddit. Usually by choice but would undoubtedly get banned anyway. So they're trying to use a gotcha that works on them but not their opponents.
