Your reading comprehension isn't great. It's 'these r-slurs say everything is a racist dogwhistle. So when even the r-slurs don't think it is, you're looking more r-slurred than them.'
They were already primed to turn on the ADL because to these people Zionism = the greatest evil in the world as they know it, but that doesn't mean they disagreed with any of the many, many other things the ADL described as bigotry.
