Watch Ranking of Kings, it's great, dare I say even better than Odd Taxi if fantasy is your thing.
The first cour just ended and the next will start this week, and it seems to be a banger, judging by the trailer.

Probably the newest "Cowboy Bebop" I could recommend to normies. It's one of those shows that makes full use of the medium to tell it's story, it actually felt like cinema while I was watching it.
