There is only one way to expunge the Boer's sins under apartheid

Apartheid was the greatest sin of the white races since the holocaust, and it's only natural for South African blacks to want their Nuremburg. Except, Apartheid wasn't a private military operation like the holocaust, the ENTIRE white race approved, and the ENTIRE white race is guilty.

The recent land reforms are far too lenient. If a person commits a crime, they are punished not only to cancel out the crime but punitively to deter other crime. This is a keystone principle of Law since the Enlightenment. Obviously, any land acquired by a Boer was done by monopoly power of violence against his non-white competitors, furthermore, it was sustained by this system.

If any Boer owned land in Apartheid, they, to some degree or another, secured it by the Apartheid white monopoly. All whites who bought or owned land in the Apartheid era should lose their land for state redistribution. If they earned and kept it legitimately, there will be no issue to reacquire it.

The punitive addition we ought to add is this - the dispossessed white will pay rent on the land they lost for a period proportional to their ownership under apartheid.

Let's extend this argument a bit further.

The period of apartheid lasted from 1948 to 1994, 48 years. Whites will never learn how it felt to be denied the franchise until they lose it for themselves. Therefore, we ought to deny Boers voting rights for a fixed period of 48 years, with a punitive extension to be determined later. This ambiguity of the extension date also serves an additional purpose, we never knew when apartheid would end, why should they? Perhaps it even won't - this is what every black Afrikaaner thought for decades. Until by the blood of our brothers and fathers, we ended it by force.

Now obviously this will never happen. I believe most blacks have forgiven to some extent the Boers for their sins, but the point is this - your sins can never be expunged, and that is purely by our grace. Any complaints you have are misplaced - you deserve far worse, so thank us for every time we stay our hand, thank us for every plot of your land, thank us for sparing your lives, for letting you vote, breathe, thank us for everything you have because we are owed everything you have.

There are only two words that ought come out of your mouths regarding the latest reforms: "thank you"
