Split decision I guess:
1) George Floyd was murdered and while we are desensitized to it now via meme culture, watching video of him die on the street was horrible and even made the cops in /r/ProtectAndServe/ outraged and lose their shit despite being brigaded by a million angry reddit wiggers, and people who deny that he was murdered are fricking r-slurred and willfully ignorant
2) Ashli Babbitt was literally a suicidal dumb b-word begging to die and 100% deserved to get shot to death, same as that mentally ill midget libertarianfile who got smoked after chasing Kyle Rittenhouse

If they're trespassing on MY property, I think it's perfectly fine to shoot to kill.
YOUR property tho, I don't care.

Floyd shouldn't be dead and it was an extreme negligence and disregard for his life by Chauvin that lead to it but I think there's a very real chance that he might be able to successfully appeal the verdict on the grounds of not having a fair trial because of all the media surrounding him

I'm not saying he died of fenny. I'm saying that Floyd's autopsy lists the cause of death as a heart attack complicated by neck compression, and that, if the two independent lines of evidence are to be believed, that determination was made under duress and against the evidence. I would think that having the chief medical investigator fraudulently declare the death a homicide would have an undue effect on, you know, a murder trial.
For you own remedial lessons, you should stop claiming that Floyd died of asphyxiation and hypoxia as you do in your linked comments when it wasn't listed anywhere in the autopsy. I'm sure that same false impression along with the neck compression and blood choke lie had no effect on the jury when they decided that Chauvin was evincing a 'depraved mind' and had in fact assaulted Floyd, which were the precursors to the 3rd and 2nd degree murder charges.

"The autopsy" means the official one released by the county medical examiner. Not the independent one commissioned by Floyd's family which was never released and the summary of which cites no supporting evidence.
Your other link confirms that Baker found no brain injuries or asphyxia and that the Thomas' assessment was based on watching the video; she never examined the body.
So what you're left with is the examiner claiming, to his exasperation, that he could find no evidence of compression or asphyxia, coupled with the hour-long bodycam video of Floyd tweaking the frick out, showing overt signs of distress, claustrophobia, severe paranoia, saying he couldn't breathe while they were still trying to get him into the cop car, and I'll continue to think there was more havoc being wreaked on Floyd's body than Chauvin's phantom knee. He ate the drugs to skip a possession charge. His heart was in especially bad shape. Who knows. We just know that Something was up, and that it's enough to case doubt on Kneecalibur.

The cop used an approved restraint he was trained too use. Any physical restraint has the potential too kill someone. He was sacrificed for too appease the r-slur mob regardless of whether or not it was the knee or the fent that did Floyd in. Trans lives matter

Jump in the discussion.

Yes. Manslaughter is what it was.
He was convicted of unintentional second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter, all of which are pretty much what most people would simply call versions of manslaughter (ie. unintentionally causing death through some level of negligence), but because two of the convictions have the word 'murder' in them, people just say he 'murdered George Floyd'.
Just like medical staff 'murder' over 250,000 people in hospitals and care homes in the U.S. every year.

regardless, it was still a show trial because the two other cops who were with him were also tried and convicted of some bullshit, and we left a george floyd mural in kabul when we evacuated afghanistan, so chuds are still 80% right about that topic. and he had enough fentanyl in his bloodstream to conceivably kill someone (though most likely not him since he was an experienced user).
the one thing chuds are wrong about is playing up floyd's criminal history, it's not like he was a real menace like jordan neely or something.

Derek Chauvin shouldn't have got twenty years for what was essentially manslaughter.
There are 250,000 deaths from medical errors in hospitals and care homes in the U.S. every year and I'll bet almost none of those frickers get 20 years in jail.
His sentence was political. But he did frick up.

I'm sorry you don't believe Floyd was murdered. If somebody caves your head in with a bat while you're already handcuffed I hope they blame the person swinging the bat and not the person's employer or the manufacturer of the bat or the instructions on how to use the bat or whatever drugs you were on whilst having your head caved in or something.

Thanks for the link.
Nope. More like a comparison of different types of apple, but definitely an apples and apples comparison.
Not even remotely close to what Chauvin did to Floyd. A closer analogy would be using an approved restraint that is taught in the police academy but doing it incorrectly, which is exactly what happened.

Try reading what I ACTUALLY wrote, not what you fantasize about me having written so that you can 'gotcha' me, because your fent-addled brain is clearly letting you down here.
'apples and oranges' refers to deaths caused by the police and deaths caused by the medical fraternity.
'not even remotely close' refers to your stupid comparison between what Chauvin did to Floyd and someone taking a baseball bat to the head of someone in handcuffs.
I know words are hard, but TRY. REALLY TRY.
