Note the number of trans healthcare professionals in the comments here. I believe they are likely overrepresented in this thread in comparison to real life.

I know plastic surgeon that worked in the Bay Area for awhile. Turned down big money to move back south cause he was sick of working on trains.
He's a chud so there is that but he seemed genuinely depressed watching customers take out massive loans to train out
