Biden gets a bad rap, and while some criticism directed at his administration is warranted, especially when it comes to his admin's communication problems and some policies that were a bit out of touch with liberal voters, Biden achieved some things while in office, while the benefits won't be felt for years to come. He had some good moments. Biggest missteps were picking Kamala as VP (actual DEI hire), trying to run again in 2024, and Israel (he should've either gone all in on supporting Bibi or told him to frick off, none of the acting concerned about what Israel is doing and then continuing to give them blank checks anyway). Some of the COVID handling was good, some was r-slurred.
