It's mostly over this guy's thread. He apparently works at Path and influenced them not to provide DDoS mitigation because he had a thread.
At some point they had a lawyer send an email that said KF's hard drives needed to get yanked because of a court order (also it was a secret court order and you couldn't see it).
There's some other drop- kiwi farms era bullshit
Path also publicly tweeted that KF hosted child pornography, and Null raised 200k to sue them for defamation, which they eventually settled
Null has been publicly tweeting about their less than professional behavior and encouraging companies like Rumble (who have bragged about being uncensorable), that no, there is a company that could and might censor them if they arbitrarily decide to.
There's also been some shit about how Path has been in bad financial trouble and not paying server costs and shit, which is apparently still ongoing.
