Can scientists predict the frequency of roars or growls of dinos just by looking at their bone structure. Or do they proceed to look at rough approximations of closest evolutionary living species and extrapolate from there?

I have listened to many youtube videos of what rexy's deep bass drop growl would be like but always wondered if those were correct.
