Naltrexone is an opioid antagonist that's prescribed too alcoholics too reduce cravings. But if you drink while you're on it, it blocks the happy chemicals you usually get from drinking which is the main driver of the addiction. So when @PillsburyDoughboy was on it, @PillsburyDoughboy could drink more like a normal person, catch a nice buzz and then cut myself off. It was pretty cool. @PillsburyDoughboy only had a 30 day prescription though, so when @PillsburyDoughboy ran out @PillsburyDoughboy was trying too use cocaine too regulate @PillsburyDoughboy's alcohol intake then @PillsburyDoughboy got arrested for possession and now @PillsburyDoughboy is not allowed too drink for the next year. But that works for @PillsburyDoughboy too. Trans lives matter

I do think that if you're gonna drink you should go all the way - alcoholic drinks taste awful, why would you ruin your liver sipping from some straggy wine glass over decades and giving yourself a headache instead of ruining your liver by having fun and getting blasted
