I've noticed that the two women in my team (engineers) get spoken over in meetings. When the guys have finished up their topic and are veering on to the next one, I interject and nod over to whichever one has something to add.

Doesn't really help when they're the engineers who are implementing whatever thing we're working on and are being spoken over my mgmt.

It annoys me a little when they try to get me to pitch their ideas tho.
