Wouldn't the Senate opposition be the best place to get information on how you think you think this is going to shake out and develop your argument with? They're really the only ones in the position and likelihood to do anything about the tariffs in a meaningful timeframe unless there's some really obscure laws that give rando judge standing for a pause.
