Lmao yes because U.S. Treasury officials are required to screen payments against OFACs lists of sanctioned or terrorist-designated entities, and if a payment is flagged, it is fricking denied or further reviewed annd not hecking" automatically approved". Saying that Treasury payment approval officers are instructed to "always approve" payments, even to known fraudulent or terrorist groups, and that they "never denied a payment in their entire career," is fricking r-slurred unless he means that "they didn't" yeah because the fricking computer does.
