African trying hard to look polite and neat.
And have this mannerism. Since my mom (mayo) lived in Africa she hate this fake black politeness with passion, when she see it in west Europe she says that those neighbors with that mannerism trying to hide their true neighbors nature. She especially hate when that mannerism slows them down.
