He knew the name of the game this time as did the Republican party. So they came in with a strategy and a billion EOs this time. I think happenings will slow down by the end of his first month. Tons of what he's doing will be challenged legally. The Republican majority in Congress is extremely slim and it's unlikely Trump will get much of anything through Congress.
