This is the first time I've seen anyone rightly call out the scrote menace with regard to this though. So even after like a year on, the discourse is still evolving 
The real problem is that guys want the cute girls in their workplace even if the girls destroy the work culture because they think there's a chance they might bone them.

Amazing levels of sneethe. First of all, these aren't HR women, these chicks literally are the core of their company. Second, even if they were HR women, like how pathetic do you have to be as a man to not be able to wrap HR women around your little finger? All you have to do is be cool and subtly flirtatious and like 9/10 HR women will love you because they're desperate to have a little bit of male attention at work instead of just sitting around doing incredibly boring stuff all day long.
