2 days in Manila - see Intramuros and the national museums.

3 days in Palawan - see Underground River and El Nido

4 days in Cebu - road trip around the island, see waterfalls and stuff, also swim with whalesharks

2 days in Bohol - chocolate mountains, tarsiers, snorkeling

2 days in Siargao - I haven't been here but I've heard it's nice. You can also do Boracay if you want a "beach resort" experience but you can get this in lots of places.

You can also do more places in Luzon, I did like a week-long roadtrip around the island but tbh I didn't think it was amazing.
