there is this problem, right now, of an inability to communicate through the confusion.
the Constitution represents an agreement between people as to the flow of energy through our society.
if that agreement is broken, our society is in a position of anarchy.
it is a position in which everything has become incoherent.
so let's make this coherent:
Congress controls the flow of that energy, and any disruption to it is a de facto coup of the will of the American People as defined in the document of the Constitution. The power of Congress has been usurped by an unelected oligarch at the behest of a president who has no such power to enable such a disruption.
That some people genuinely want a king does not mean that we have one until we no longer have the Constitution.
But if the Constitution is not empowered, than nor is the President himself, and it all collapses because what you're replaced with is an incompetent 78 year old man who is picking irrational fights with our neighbors.
A king of his own little cult.
But if the Constitution isn't honored, we are not obliged to honor Trump as king.
Only Immediate Impeachment can preserve the Constitution. Ride or die.

incorrect. anarchy represents a specific agreement that forsakes a need for hierarchy. it's not a lack of agreement.
he can shitalk all he wants, only congress can declare war.
and technically he's only allowed to levy tarrifs for issues of national security for a limited duration, so many of those may actually not stand up in court.
we haven't seen how this'll actually play out, so stop declaring it's collapsed yet. the absurd doomerism of lefties only drives the right further away.
meh the constitution is trampled on whenever the frick the people in power feel justified, and can do so without angering the wealthy too much. it's more like guidelines than anything else. anyone who tells u otherwise is simply blinded by modern propaganda on how society functions, which is a simplified version of how society actually functions.
!freespeech enthusiasts are acutely aware of this.

I almost used another word because you are speaking of the philosophy of anarchy, but I am referring to a state of political confusion which occurs in history. periods of 'anarchy' are marked by lawlessness and inconsistent narratives of state.
but this, very precisely, is what you should be worried about if "only congress controls the purse strings" is no longer true. Why should it be true that "only congress can declare war" when it is supposed to also be true that "only congress controls the purse"?
@TracingWoodgrains
This can be true, and it can also be true that Congress has been operating the government via the conduction of meetings verifying and validating the spending of the government all this time.
But when you leave the guidelines, you're going off of the road.
@TracingWoodgrains
So you're telling me that your cynicism has blinded you to the actual function of our society, because you have noticed the oligarchy before Trump, and now that the oligarchy is in the open erasing the Constitution?
Cynicism is good, cynicism about our ideological narratives of freedom are good, but don't let cynicism blind you to the power struggle which is manifesting now between the Constitution and Trump.
Either the words of the Constitution matter, or they don't, and raw confusion anarchy descends into the land like an unholy spirit.

ok point taken, anarchism isn't anarchy
i mean i would only be worried if he started defying court orders. i don't think most of those tariffs will stand, and i think it's fricking hilarious how sheeplefried national politicians are on all sides. it's a goddarn comedy show of idiocracy running our nation state political system.
always has been.
democracy is a facade used to give people the perception of participation, with the occasional allowance of upward mobility to keep everyone in line, by transforming the capitalist narrative into a systemic self-doubt for anyone who isn't absolutely thriving.
one thing i'm sure of is the oligarchy isn't interested in destroying the richest country on earth that they all gain their wealth from.
do you think this oligarchy, which really rules through congress, not the president... is gunna stand for unlawful tariffs that destroy the economy their businesses thrive in?
