I miss when Reddit had some actual libertarian sway. The libshits still dominated but you had much more reasonable takes about certain topics. Now they call themselves "the resistance" while deepthroating whatever the Feds say. This was back in the beginning from 07-10/11 though so it's ancient by internet standards.

The diggers, who invited tumblrs actually fricked it up. It used to at least be usable and fun in smaller niche communities(like a local sports team).
