I can't prove this is bad because obviously the taxpayers should only fund healthy food options for the population that eats the most junk food and is the most unhealthy, but I bet this took time away from more important issues!
Spoiler: It didn't. Politicians have effectively infinite time to delegate law writing to their army of lawyers who do all the actual work.
